Regional Champions
The human layer behind every match
Super Connectors is not an algorithm. Every cohort is anchored by a Regional Champion who reviews submissions, runs the first-pass match, and personally owns the quality of every connection made.
The Role
What a Champion does
Hand-curated matching only works if someone owns it end to end. That's the job.
First-pass matching
Reviews every submission in the cohort and does a first-pass match, including across regions.
Final review and lock
Works with the Product Owner to give every match a manual second-pass before it's locked in.
Personal accountability
Personally vouches for the quality of every connection made in their cohort. No algorithm, human judgment.
The regional voice
The face of the program in their region, and the go-to contact for questions about Super Connectors.
Meet the Champions
Who's running your cohort
Every region gets its own Champion. Here's who's live today.
NA Regional Champion
Adrienne Stevens
North America, Entrepreneurship Network
Adrienne is the NA Regional Champion for Super Connectors, the face of the program in North America. She reviews submissions, runs the first-pass match, and personally vouches for the quality of every connection made in the NA cohort.
Super Connectors launched with the North America cohort first. Other regions are onboarding their own Regional Champions as the program expands beyond the NA pilot.
