Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 21, 2026 · Effective for Super Connectors, operated by Yojaka Inc., doing business as Phoenix Business Collective

In plain language: Super Connectors is a curated introduction program for YPO Entrepreneurship Network members. When you submit a Need or Lead, we collect what you type (and your name/email if you give them), use an AI service to help tag and summarize it, store it securely, and have a human Regional Champion review it before any introduction is made; we never introduce you automatically.

If you're a Champion or Admin using the review dashboard, we collect your account details (name, email) and a record of the decisions you make, so every introduction has a clear, accountable trail.

We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and we don't use tracking/advertising cookies anywhere on this site.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to:

  • Visitors and members who submit a Need or Lead through the Challenge Card / Client Intake form on this site (ypo-en.com), whether through the form directly or through a linked Google Form. Submitting a Need or Lead through this page requires signing in with a Google account first; see Section 2 below.
  • Regional Champions and Admins who use the review dashboard to manage submissions and matches.

Super Connectors is operated by Yojaka Inc., doing business as Phoenix Business Collective ("we," "us," "our"), the data controller for the information described below. Yojaka Inc. is registered at N83W31141 Kinbourne Rd, Hartland, WI 53029, United States.

2. Information we collect

If you sign in with Google to submit a Need or Lead

Submitting a Need or Lead requires signing in first, so every submission is tied to a real, verified person rather than an anonymous form post. When you choose "Continue with Google," Google sends us a signed token proving your identity, which we verify directly with Google before creating or recognizing your account. We never see or store your Google password; sign-in happens entirely on Google's own site.

FieldWhere it comes fromNotes
Your name, email address, and profile photoYour Google account, automatically, at sign-inUsed to identify you and, if you're matched, to let a Champion reach you.
Company nameTyped by you, once, right after your first sign-inOptional. Helps a Champion understand the context of your submission.
A session tokenIssued by us after sign-in verifies successfullyKept in your browser's local storage (not a cookie, see Section 5) so you don't have to sign in again on your next visit. Expires automatically after 30 days.

Your Need or Lead submission itself

FieldRequired?Notes
Your description (what you're looking for or offering)RequiredThe free-text content of your submission.
Category tags (industry, business stage, region, type of ask)OptionalUsed to route and match your submission.
Technical data (IP address)AutomaticUsed only to prevent spam/abuse of the public submission form; see Section 6.

Some earlier submissions on this program were collected before sign-in was required and may not be linked to a verified account; the table above describes how the form collects information going forward.

If you're a Champion or Admin

  • Account details: your name and email address, used to create and identify your account.
  • Login credentials: your password is stored and managed by our authentication provider (Supabase); we never see or store it ourselves in plain form.
  • Activity record: which matches you approved, rejected, or adjusted, so every introduction has a clear, accountable owner.
  • Presence status: whether your account currently shows as active or away, visible to other Admins on the dashboard.

3. How we use this information

  • To find and suggest relevant matches between Needs and Leads.
  • To let a human Regional Champion review, approve, reject, or adjust suggested matches before any introduction happens.
  • To notify our internal team when a new Need or Lead is submitted, so it can be reviewed promptly.
  • To operate and secure the review dashboard for Champions and Admins.
  • To prevent spam and abuse of the public submission form.

We do not use your submission for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

4. Who we share information with

We use a small number of service providers ("processors") to run Super Connectors. None of them are permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

WhoWhat they receiveWhy
GroqThe free-text content of your submission only; never your name or email.Used to automatically summarize and tag your submission for matching. This is an AI/large-language-model service.
SupabaseAll submission and account data described above. Our database and authentication provider, where your information is securely stored.
Google (Sign-In)Nothing from us; Google sends us your name, email, and profile photo after you approve the sign-in request on Google's own site.Verifies your identity so a submission can only be made by a real, signed-in person. We never send your submission content to Google as part of sign-in.
Google (Forms/Sheets)Your name, email, description, and tags, if you submitted via the embedded Google Form rather than the form on this page directly. An intermediate step some submissions pass through before reaching our systems.
Our internal team, via emailThe content of your submission and your email if provided, sent to a shared internal inbox. So a team member is alerted the moment a new submission needs review.

Google Sign-In is a separate integration from Google Forms/Sheets above; the former only verifies who you are, the latter (where still used) is an intake channel for the submission content itself.

We do not currently send your data to any AI provider for the actual matching computation itself; that step (comparing submissions to find relevant matches) runs entirely on our own servers, with no external service involved.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Super Connectors, YPO, or our members.

5. Cookies and local storage

The public Need/Lead submission form does not set any cookies. Once you sign in with Google to submit, we store one item in your browser's local storage (a different, non-cookie mechanism built into every browser): a session token proving you're signed in, so you're not asked to sign in again on your next visit within 30 days. It stays on your own device, is never sent anywhere except back to our own servers, and you can clear it at any time by signing out or clearing your browser's site data.

The Champion/Admin review dashboard uses one functional session cookie, set by our authentication provider, solely to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies anywhere on this site.

6. How long we keep information

  • Need/Lead submissions are kept until a program Admin deletes them, for example, at your request (see Section 7). We do not currently auto-delete submissions after a fixed period.
  • Member accounts (created by signing in with Google to submit a Need or Lead) are kept until you ask us to delete yours, or until an Admin deactivates it. Your session token expires automatically after 30 days regardless, requiring a fresh sign-in.
  • Champion/Admin account records (name and email) are retained even after an account is deactivated, so that historical introductions remain accurately attributed to the reviewer who made them. Deactivated accounts can no longer log in.
  • Technical spam-prevention data tied to your IP address is intended to be short-lived (kept only long enough to detect abuse patterns) and is not used for any other purpose.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at aiteam@the-phoenix.com, including deleting your member account entirely. Because submissions and accounts are reviewed and deleted manually by an Admin, please allow a reasonable time for us to process your request. You can also revoke this site's access to your Google account at any time directly from your Google account settings, independent of any request to us.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or another jurisdiction with its own data protection law, you may have additional rights under that law (such as the right to data portability or to object to certain processing); contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request under the applicable law.

8. International users

YPO's Entrepreneurship Network is a global membership community. If you submit information from outside the country where our servers and service providers are located, your information will be transferred to and processed in that country (currently the United States, where our hosting and AI processing providers operate).

9. Children's privacy

Super Connectors is intended for YPO Entrepreneurship Network members and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), individually authenticated Champion/Admin accounts (no shared passwords), role-based access controls, and rate limiting on the public submission form to deter abuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Super Connectors changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be noted here for a reasonable period.

12. Contact us

Questions about this policy, or requests regarding your information, can be sent to aiteam@the-phoenix.com.
